The Talented Leaders programme recruits headteachers and senior leaders ready for headship to take up headship roles in challenging schools serving disadvantaged communities.

Many schools, especially those in disadvantaged areas, are struggling to recruit great leaders. The programme has recently expanded to 20 new areas and is working in regions across England.

We'll match you with the one that needs you most and give you the funds, coaching and support you need to drive sustainable change.

Find out more about Nadia's journey on Talented Leaders in our interactive blog 'From London to Lowestoft'

  • Support, tailored training and expert coaching from The Future Leaders Trust's Headship Institute
  • £50,000 Leadership Sustainability Fund to help your school improve and build a strong leadership pipeline
  • Up to £15,000 worth of support with relocation

With a passion for improving education, you'll commit to lead the school for three years - and get it on track for a great future.
