    Improving life chances

    We focus on disadvantaged students because they are more likely to leave school without the grades they need to secure further study, training or employment. For the past four years, schools led by Future Leaders have exceeded the national average in the percentage of disadvantaged pupils achieving five good GCSEs, including English and maths.

    Future Leaders work in schools that serve England’s most disadvantaged areas. In 2015, an average of 47.4% of Key Stage 4 students at Future Leader heads’ schools were Ever6FSM compared to a national average of 27.3%
