Director of Headship

This is an exciting opportunity to shape The Future Leaders Trust’s headship offer, which is central to our mission of transforming schools and eradicating educational disadvantage. The role will be accountable for a prestigious new headship programme and for expanding our network of headteachers across England.

As a member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for the delivery of key organisational objectives that will impact directly on the life chances of children in disadvantaged areas.

South East Regional Director

We are recruiting a Regional Director to continue to develop our South East region, working with Future Leaders, schools and regional stakeholders. Our successful candidate will have recent headship experience in an outstanding challenging school and be committed to closing the achievement gap.

Applications will be welcome from across the South East region. Geographical knowledge and flexibility to travel within the region is essential. Please note this region does not include London.
