Measurable Impact

Future Leaders are expected to demonstrate their impact each year through a focused school improvement initiative that delivers real and sustainable change.

Support

Future Leaders will be mentored by one of our experienced Leadership Development Advisers (LDAs) throughout their time on the programme and will have instant access to the expertise of a growing network of like-minded peers in schools across the country.

Training

All Future Leaders go through our Foundations training - a cutting-edge, residential training programme that equips them with the core skills to be a successful senior leader. In addition many of our training events and school visits are open to other members of the school’s senior leadership team.

As well as this, Future Leaders provide a catalyst for change; they bring a new perspective on school improvement and a clear mission and moral purpose that can energise and engage other staff.
