Future Leaders matches candidates to schools taking into account geography and development needs. The matching team has existing relationships with eligible schools and will liaise with schools on your behalf and contact you with details of when and where your matching interview(s) will take place. The meeting with the school will include a lesson observation and an interview. You should expect a formal day at the school and should find out as much information as possible from the school prior to the matching interview and lesson observation.
