What is the process for employing a post-residency participant at my school?
If your school is looking to fill a senior leadership post or headship, we have a pool of talented senior leaders who, through their training and coaching, will have a lasting impact in your school. You can contact Future Leaders directly to talk through your requirements and our candidates. Please be aware that participants apply to your school vacancy postings in the normal way and you are their employer (no salary subsidy is available from Future Leaders).
