Q
A
Your assigned Leadership Development Adviser (LDA) is a current/former headteacher with extensive experience in challenging schools and her/his role is to support and challenge the participant. The LDA will visit the post-residency participant 3- 6 times each year to coach and discuss the Future Leader’s progress and agree development targets. The LDA will hold a formal conversation with you once a year on the progress of the Future Leader, with a particular focus on their competencies. You and your colleagues will also be asked to complete an online 360° tool for your participant once a year.
