Q
A
The trip includes a workshop which addresses the need for participants (as potential headteachers) to begin to create the values and social norms they have observed, within their current school context and beyond. The workshop is also targeted and focused on how participants and their residency Headteachers together will implement shared learning points from the visits with input from their Leadership Development Advisers. It is a chance for the participants and Heads to bond whilst creating a shared vision for their school. The trip also helps to align the Heads and participants on a vision for their school.
