What do I need to provide to Future Leaders in preparation for the Study Tour?
In thinking about who will attend the tour, we will require the following information for the traveller:
- Full Name (as it appears in your passport)
- Full Date of Birth
- Passport Number
- Passport Issue date
- Passport Expiry Date
- Dietary Requirements
- Nationality
- Citizenship
- Country of Residence
- Next of Kin Name
- Telephone number
