Q
A
The participant, along with a member of the senior leadership team at their residency school, will attend the US Study Tour. This usually takes place three days before the start of October half term. There are 2 to 3 termly evening training sessions for which the participant will need to leave school early as well as a half day for interview practice. In some regions we will host one day long regional training event per term instead due to geographical pressures and in those cases we would need the participant released from school. There are also 3-4 day modules a year which may be on a weekday or at the weekend, participants are expected to attend at least 2 of the modules.
If you are supporting an internal participant on the programme, they will be expected to undertake a five day placement in another school in our network during their residency year.
