Q
A
Should you host an external Future Leader the residency salary will be calculated by Future Leaders and it will be based on the participant’s existing salary rounded up to the next point on the leadership payscale for the area in which they will work in, up to a £50,000 cap. The residency schools pay the full salary to the participant and where appropriate invoices Future Leaders for the 25% subsidy on a termly basis. Please note that we are not able to calculate the salary or pay any subsidy towards internal Future Leaders.
