Q
A
Future Leaders run a non-competitive matching process. Participants are matched to residency schools according to schools’ needs, participants’ backgrounds, subjects taught and location. You will have the opportunity to interview and observe the Future Leader teach as part of the matching process - should you believe that the candidate we propose is not the right fit for your school we will not place the Future Leader there. However please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to send you another candidate for your consideration.
