Jacqueline Russell, Director of Finance & Operations
Jacqueline started her career at Price Waterhouse and obtained her ACA qualification whilst working there. She then moved on to working for Camelot as their Senior Finance Manager, where she helped to set up their charity foundation. She was seconded to South Africa where she was instrumental in setting up and running the company that bid, won and launched the first ever South African National Lottery, becoming their inaugural Finance Director. Since then, she has worked for several private sector companies as Finance Director including the Conran Shop and Geronimo Inns Ltd. She specialises in working for companies going through significant growth and expansion.
Jacqueline has previously used her skills to help several charities and is Treasurer and Trustee for Three Wings Trust, a Richmond based children’s charity which helps children with special needs fulfil their potential. She is also a night shelter cook for The West London Churches Homeless Concern.
She has a BA Hons in Economics and Public Administration from the University of London. She joined Future Leaders as Director of Finance and Operations in July 2011 and is responsible for overseeing all the Financial, Legal, HR, Systems and Facilities aspects of our operations.
