Catrina Plastow, Director of Training & Development
Catrina joined our leadership development team after a secondment from the National College. During her four years at the National College, Catrina was heavily involved in the creation of many leadership projects concerning the Every Child Matters (ECM) agenda including the development of a student leadership programme and a multi-agency team development programme. She has a BSc honours degree in Psychology from the University of Hull.
