Lucy Wood, Director of Recruitment & Assessment
Lucy joined Future Leaders in December 2011 as Director of Recruitment & Assessment. Prior to joining, Lucy worked within the recruitment sector for 13 years and the majority of her experience was obtained as Director of leading finance recruiter, Martin Ward Anderson. She has delivered various recruitment solutions for her clients across the UK and in the Netherlands. In addition, she set up and ran her own recruitment company for two years placing ex service personnel into second careers.
Before moving into recruitment, Lucy previously served as a commissioned Army Officer within the Royal Artillery for six years. Lucy has also trained as a teacher and achieved her PGCE in Secondary Chemistry from Cambridge University and her undergraduate degree, BSc in Chemistry from Exeter University.
