Mark Smith, Associate Director of Performance & Impact
Mark previously taught for two years at Bethnal Green Technology College as part of the inaugural cohort of Teach First in 2003. After completing the graduate scheme he worked for Lloyds Banking Group in Product Development and Business Development including a year in Johannesburg. He rejoined Teach First as an Associate Director in 2008 setting up the HEAPS initiative among other responsibilities. Most recently Mark graduated from Harvard University with a Masters in Education.
