Sally Roberts, Recruitment and Development Adviser
Sally has 23 years of HR consultancy experience, having spent 15 years with the Hay Group and 7 years as an independent HR consultant, before joining Future Leaders. Her areas of expertise include leadership competency frameworks, executive assessment, leadership development and performance management, and she has worked across a range of sectors and has lived and worked in various locations. She has a degree in Business Administration and German from Loughborough University.
