Our Partners
Future Leader Ravinder Bansal, Little Ilford School, London
We work with a number of organisations that share our common goal of eradicating educational disadvantage. These partners display an ongoing commitment to support us in our work in challenging schools across the country to remove the correlation between low family income and poor educational attainment.
Commissioner – National College
The National College works to develop and inspire great leaders of schools, early years settings and children’s services so that they can make a positive difference to children’s lives. They have commissioned the Future Leaders Charitable Trust to deliver the Future Leaders programme. www.nationalcollege.org.uk/
Members - ARK and SSAT (The Schools Network)
The members of the Future Leaders Charitable Trust, which is the charity that manages the Future Leaders programme, are two of the UK’s most forward-thinking educational organisations: the children’s charity Absolute Return for Kids (ARK) and the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust (The Schools Network).
To address the need for quality leaders for schools in challenging circumstances, these organisations partnered with the National College to establish Future Leaders in 2006. They shared the vision for a programme to improve the life chances of pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds by raising their attainment through effective, inspirational school leadership.
